Modern Methods –
Biological Concept

Aesthetic, biocompatible dental prostheses

Ceramic implants are the modern, metal-free alternative to titanium implants and a key component of biological dentistry. They consist of high-purity zirconium oxide and are characterized by excellent biocompatibility, high stability, and natural aesthetics.

In our office in Bad Aussee, we view implants not just as tooth replacements, but as part of a holistic treatment concept. The goal is a functionally stable, aesthetically pleasing, and immunologically compatible solution for your long-term oral and overall health.

Precise Diagnosis

Every treatment begins with a comprehensive examination and individual medical history. Only on the basis of an exact diagnosis will the further procedure be agreed upon with you.

Extended diagnostic procedures include, among other things:

  • 3D X-ray (DVT) for precise assessment of bone structure and inflammation
  • Vitamin D3 (25-OH)/Micronutrient Analysis
  • Intraoral 3D scan
  • Intraoral functional and bite analysis
  • Photo documentation
  • Possibly compatibility and intolerance tests

This holistic diagnostic approach enables safe planning and optimal conditions for successful implantation.

Immunological Treatment

Successful implantation begins before the operation.

As part of immunological preparation and follow-up – based on the Swiss Biohealth Concept – we provide targeted support for:

  • strengthening the immune system
  • optimizing vitamin D3 levels
  • detoxification processes
  • stabilizing the metabolism

This is accompanied by a gentle professional teeth cleaning to optimize the oral microbiome.

The goal is to create the biological conditions for uncomplicated healing and long-term stability.

Biological dental restoration & implantation

Before the actual implantation, a thorough metal removal is carried out, if necessary. Harmful materials such as amalgam or non-precious metals are removed under protective measures.

Subsequently,

  • chronically inflamed or infected teeth,
  • root remnants,
  • pathological wisdom teeth,
  • foreign bodies in the bone, as well as
  • osteonecrosis and cavities (FDOK/NICO)

are gently and minimally invasively removed, and healing is supported with PRP/autologous blood therapy.

This is followed by the implantation of a metal-free ceramic implant with a long-term temporary restoration. After successful healing, the temporary restoration is replaced with aesthetically pleasing, all-ceramic crowns – for a natural appearance and stable function.

A question of harmony

Why ceramic implants?

There are a variety of reasons for using ceramic implants:

  • Metal-free and biocompatible
  • No electrical conductivity in the mouth
  • Very good tissue compatibility
  • Natural aesthetics without dark edges
  • Also suitable for sensitive or immunocompromised patients

Ceramic implants integrate harmoniously into the body's biological environment – both functionally and aesthetically.
